Authority: unknown, but possibly Hungarian. Source: Safrany smoked trout fillet (from the fish smokery of Mr Safrany who also supplies the Nancsi Neni Restaurant in Budapest). The fish was delicious and I wanted to buy more but the importers decided not to continue importing it into the United Kingdom. Format: self-adhesive label Date: October 2006 Size: 32.5mm W x 14.0mm H Comment: Something went wrong when this hechsher was printed. The ink was never properly absorbed into the paper. When I peeled the hechsher off the package the dried ink on the surface disintegrated leaving only traces. Text details:
